On June 1, 1976, after almost ten years
of existence, Elismol was acquired by
its current Director-Partners, Vincenzo
Roselli and Armando Athayde, and exactly
suffered its first address change in
July 30 of this year for nº 123
of the same street where it was established.
Through the enormous persistence used
for its new owners and employees, Elismol
was increasing still more its participation
in the market consolidating itself as
one of the best companies of the country
in its segment.
Thus being, after this meaningful tax
of growth in only four years of management
of its new direction, the change for
its current address in the Minas Gerais
Street nº 126, located in Diadema
City - São Paulo, on December
10, 1980, was only one question of time.
Nowadays, Elismol is among the ten
better companies of the country, in
the segment of springs and devices of
wire in general. It keeps this position
because, even after 35 years of tradition
in the market, keeps one politics of
management that is always aiming at
a constant adaptation to the new trends
and concepts in the global market, either
in relation to the new techniques of
enterprise management or in relation
to the new technologies of logistic
and production.
